The Tonight Show with Jay Leno is now broadcasting in High Definition Television, a system being hailed as the next generation of video technology. To open the show, producers have come up with a new HDTV montage that depicts some of L.A.'s most popular landmarks -- a couple of which are actually found in Inglewood. In one scene, Kobe Bryant and the Lakers are shown during a game at the Great Western Forum, and in another, the giant donut on the roof of Randy's Donuts is featured. The pop art icon is located near the I-405 Freeway at Manchester and La Cienega on a parcel that lies within the city limits of Inglewood.
